Himalaica Estate is spread over acres of lush green forests and gardens decorated with Himalayan flora and fauna and spacious gardens/ lawns.
We offer four types of accommodation – Villa, Cottage, Entire Estate or Individual Rooms.
Villa
Villa has a ground floor which is probably the most adorable living space in the entire
Kumaon area for families and group of friends. Featuring a Glass Conservatory, Living room with
a fireplace, TV room and a Dining room, this space is shared by all guests, including guests in
the cottage. On the first floor, the Villa houses four bedrooms, three of them en-suites. A
separate WC/bath is available on the ground floor of the Villa.

Cottage
The Cottage is situated adjacent to the villa. It has two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. There is small sitting space and a spacious patio to relax, and optionally dine, all on one
single floor.

Estate
Entire Estate, i.e. the Villa, the Cottage and the entire Estate gardens/ forests, can be reserved to enjoy complete privacy. The accommodation on the Estate has pine tree/ forest views and there are multiple sit-out areas in the garden.
Individual Rooms
Individual Rooms, usually in the Villa, are available depending on availability.
Himalaica is our home and a homestay, and not a hotel. Therefore, we want you to feel at home and at the same time would request you to treat our home as you would yours.

Note:
All prices above are exclusive of 5% GST. Kids below 6 yrs get complimentary meals.
Meals are served with guest’s recommendation, NOT buffet style or restaurant style a la carte with a fixed menu. Barbeque dinner to be requested 24 hours in advance.
All meals are serviced in the dining room next to the kitchen with a large dining table that can comfortably sit 10-12 persons at a time. Upon request and weather-permitting, the meals can be served alfresco in the gardens to enjoy splendid views of the forests or under a starry sky. The meal timings are strictly adhered to. We do not provide room service.
Parking & Driver Accommodation
Parking is available within the estate premises, 50m away from accommodation.
Limited chargeable driver accommodation within the estate is available on request.
Driver accommodation outside the estate, 200m away is available by a third party and chargeable. We are happy to share direct contact details.
House helps or caretakers travelling with guests will be treated as extra occupancy and charges will apply if exceeding the number of maximum guests staying in the accommodation.
Pets
We are indeed pet friendly. Well behaved pets are always welcome. We request you to please not let your pets sleep on the beds or sofa.

To have a memorable stay, please visit our recommended Experiences within the Estate and in the region. Some experiences are nominally charged.
Cancellation
- 30 days or more before arrival – full refund
- 21 days before arrival – 75% refund
- 15 days before arrival – 50% refund
- 14 days or less before arrival – no refund; can be carried forward at discretion of Owners
In general, a small Credit card commission charge (1.5 – 3%) wil be deducted on all valid refunds as this is a charge levied by the Banks (not us). HIMALAICA reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel. Terms and Conditions
