Villa

The Villa has four cozy wood-floored bedrooms, three en-suite designer bathrooms, one separate bathroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms are set on the first floor and are bright and provide a snug escape from the regular life

The ground floor of the Villa houses a large garden-side glass Conservatory, living room with fireplace, dining/meeting room, large kitchen, TV/ reading room. Its a common area for the guests of the estate and probably the most adorable living space in the entire Kumaon area for families and group of friends.
All rooms are well equipped with heaters and/ or bukharis to keep you warm during winters!

The Villa is ideal for 8 guests, however, with extra beds can accommodate 10 guests. The guests can enjoy idyllic views of the hills and forests from the rooms.
