The Main Villa and the Cottage together with the vast landscaped estate gardens provide the most enchanting and exclusive experience in the Himalayas.

The main villa houses a large garden-side glass Conservatory, living room with fireplace, dining/meeting room, large kitchen, TV/ reading room, four cozy wood-floored bedrooms, three en-suite designer bathrooms, one separate bathroom.

The petite cottage set on a single floor houses a small sitting and dining lounge, two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite.

The ground floor of the Main Villa is a common area, probably the most adorable living space in the entire Kumaon area for families and group of friends.

The estate accommodation is ideal for 12 guests, however, with extra beds can accommodate 16 guests. The guests can enjoy the idyllic views of the hills and forests from the different rooms.
